Sven B. Schreiber (sbs) There's one reoccurring notion in my comments to other "F Casualty" albums, and that's "counterpoint". You can read a lot about it in the Wikipedia. In my own simple words, it's a compositional technique frequently applied in baroque and earlier classical music, characterized by interleaving two or more musical voices rhythmically in order to yield a polyphonic stream of chords. It's high art, and "F Casualty" makes clever use of it, with much emphasis on syncopation and complementary rhythm. Favorite track: Gone Via Let.
